President & CEO

Scott brings over 35 years of leadership experience in commercial software development and enterprise technology to the organization. Scott has a history of entrepreneurship having founded and served in leadership roles for several technology startup companies. In his role at HTX, Scott has direct responsibility for the sales organization, strategic partnerships, investor relations and corporate direction.

Steve is a retired Partner and Managing Director of TPG Capital where he led the firm's operations in Asia. Prior to TPG, Steve worked for GE in operational and leadership roles as a Corporate Officer, Member of the Executive Committee, President and CEO of GE Asia, and Chairman of GE China. Steve is leading the way in strategic corporate partnerships, corporate oversight, and fundraising efforts for HTX Labs.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software design, development, and delivery to the organization. Chris has been on the front line of technical teams for multiple software startup companies, including a successful exit with a previous technology company. Chris provides the voice of the customer and leads all efforts associated with envisioning and delivering HTX's virtual reality product offerings to our customers.

Javier guides the development of our virtual reality experiences at HTX Labs from a creative design perspective. Javier has a history of successfully driving innovation and the delivery of creative UI/UX technologies as a member of several startup companies over the past 15 years. Javier is responsible for human interface considerations to ensure that HTX's virtual reality training system delivers the most efficient and effective experiences for our customers.
